We are so excited to be hosting Tiffany Lodes at Pilates on 10th for a series of workshops focused on keeping your body injury-free. The fun starts Saturday 5.21 with ROTATION. Learn how to prepare your body for the varying degrees you ask it to rotate. Practicing safe rotation in athletics and everyday life is so important for the long-term health and wellness of your body.
