Private Instruction individually tailored to your needs & goals. You can choose between modalities or have a custom tailored experience with a blend. Pilates, Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling, Fascial Movement, Yamuna Foot Fitness, Yamuna Facial, ZENGA, etc can all be used and combined for your one of a kind experience.

70 min Private Sessions

Single Session $150 • Weekly package $500 • BiWeekly package $985

Duet sessions are for 2 and will be designed to accommodate both students. You can choose between modalities or have a custom tailored experience with a blend.
