Don't we all want to increase our strength, alignment, flexibility, and mobility? We want to perform better, dance longer, and run further / faster? We all want feet that are pain-free!

It is a pretty obvious gain to avoid or get rid of foot pain by working on our feet. We can also gain more mobility & flexibility in our legs and the rest of the body. We can improve at our sports or hobbies like running, dancing, skiing, snowboarding, golf, hiking, surfing, SUP, tennis, and on and on.

We spend time working on gaining strength and mobility in the rest of our body but rarely do we think about the same for our feet. We can really get huge benefits if we do and it can bring us huge gains in function and mobility in our body overall!

As you know the feet provide essential support and balance for the rest of the body which means you need to care for the feet like you do the rest of your body. You will learn routines to raise your arches, realign your ankles, avoid future foot problems and improve your workout. In this workshop you will learn a simple, easy to use system that educates you on proper foot function, how to improve gait, alignment, prevent and correct common foot problems, and how to maintain strong, toned, and flexible feet throughout your life.  Yes!
