Pilates Basics Series

A 4 week mini class series on Zoom. Each class comes with a reply for 1 week. Start the day with a quick and easy 30 min Pilates class to help you learn the fundamentals and start your day feeling great. A great place to start. Learn the basic foundations of Pilates in these bite size classes. This series will give you a excellent foundation to feel more confident in pilates classes/sessions + other classes & activities you love. Great for first time to long time pilates practitioners! Students who want to get back to basics and reinforce their training will benefit & Its perfect if you are just starting or coming back to pilates.
