The new year is here and everyone seems to be busy and stressed. We need to do more to fill our tanks! Fact is if we don’t take the time we can’t show up as our best selves in life. There are a lot of things that help fill your tank.  Pilates / Yoga / Bodyrolling etc. are all great ways to do that!  They help you take care of your body and your mind.

I've had several conversations with friends, students, & clients about the need to de-stress and frankly find a way to just calm the f*ck down. This is what originally inspired me to start sharing some breath practices to help us all! Welcome to my “ lets calm the f**k down” series. This is a series of short and sweet easy to follow exercises and tips to help us all get more balanced, less stressed, calm and zen.

These are the perfect thing to have in our pocket for when we need them. You can do them anywhere! No matter where we are we always have our breath!!

This pranayama or breath exercise is called Sama Vritti or Box Breathing
