4 Weeks For Your Feet

This is a 4 week Foot Fitness Basics Course. It has 4 live zoom classes and daily in app on demand workouts.

This is a 4 week course that will teach you simple exercise for your feet to build strength & flexibility. You will learn about alignment and gain awareness of your posture, gait, and your habitual patterns. You will learn ways to correct your patterns and how to create healthy foot function. We will progress week by week through the different parts of the feet. Each week we will build on the one before! At the end of the 4 weeks your feet will feel better than they have in years! It is truly amazing the transformation that can happen with just a little time and attention! You will have all the tools you need to be able to continue your journey to build and maintain happy healthy feet.

Monday September 19th.
• Progressive series that builds on itself week to week
• Weekly LIVE Classes + Q & A *Classes will have a replay
• On demand short daily foot fitness workouts. You will have daily workouts you can follow along with.
* Access to me through the group to answer questions, help, and give support
• Supporting material of articles, videos, anatomy, for you to read and look at if you choose to help enhance your journey
• Bonus mindfulness exercises to bring more awareness & help your progress
• Community discussion group to ask questions, check in with others in the group and encourage each other along.
• Weekly Live Classes will be Monday's at 12:00pm pacific time and will have the replay posted in the group available via the app or web portal.
